Right now you have to start thinking in another way to the approach and the art and science of trading as an intermediary.  If you decide to become a member of our community we are going to ask you to see things from a different perspective that you may have been taught before.  As you may have heard of Mr. Alex Cumra and his ideas are different that what is promoted today.  The reason for this is that there is no other expert in the World of Trade or Higher Finance Today!  Alex has over 30 years in the private security transaction sector and is an expert in the matters of trade procedures and the secondary market of intermediary trade.

Our website aims to be a valuable source of information to you - the intermediary!  Since you are reading this website, then you are part of small, but growing group of individuals, who have the tenacity to learn the the do's and the do not's of international trade, plus some of the misunderstood aspects of deal making in the world of private security transactions, medium term notes, bank guarantees, and other commodity transactions.  Whether you are a seasoned intermediary that has closed deals or an investment professional, or in fact you want to become one, then you may have heard of these terms in the past like, the NCND, LOI or similar documents.

We will quickly explain to you why some of these documents are worthless and if you are using these documents then YOU ARE WASTING YOUR TIME with the wrong procedures.
